i've *heard* of people doing a nissan frankenstein with the 3.0L RB30 bottom end mated to the silky-smooth RB26 head. to be honest, i don't even know if there is an RB30. but if there is *sweats* think of the possibilities: ...an over-bore, stroked 3.2L-3.5L RB monster motor, ...or an RB30-block w/ RB26 super-short stroke crank, custom rods for a wicked Formula ONE level rod-stroke ratio and an atmospheric "12,000+++ RPM" rev limit, ...oh yeah: what about the VK45?! ...that'd be crazy!
